A: To log in to Recruit Harbor AI, please use the same email address to which the invitation was sent. You have the option to log in using a social login feature or by setting up a unique password for Recruit Harbor AI. It's important that the email address used for login matches the one on the invitation for successful access.

Q: What should I do if I receive an "Organization not found" message after logging in?

A: Receiving an "Organization not found" message indicates that there's no active subscription associated with your account. To resolve this, please visit our subscription page and ensure you use the same email address for the subscription that you used for your Recruit Harbor AI account setup.

Q: How can I invite colleagues from my organization to join Recruit Harbor AI?

A: To invite other users from your organization, navigate to the Organization Information section, which can be found under the menu next to your profile in the upper right corner of the Recruit Harbor AI site. When inviting users, make sure to enter their email addresses correctly; they will need to use these emails to log in to Recruit Harbor AI.

Q: How does Recruit Harbor AI billing operate?

A: New subscribers to Recruit Harbor AI enjoy seven days of free access upon initial subscription. Following this period, billing commences for each interaction with the AI. When the AI is processing data, a spinning icon appears, signaling active usage. Charges are per token, based on the AI provider's token logic. Costs include data sent to and from the AI, plus HTTP/web control information necessary for data transfer. These HTTP/web control charges contribute to platform operating costs. All non-AI interactions on the platform remain free of charge.

Q: Why might I receive two invoices for Recruit Harbor AI?

A: You receive the first invoice for the base subscription, which provides access to the platform for you and your organization. If your AI usage costs exceed the base subscription amount, a second invoice is issued. This second invoice details a weekly breakdown of AI usage and includes a discount equivalent to the base subscription fee. It bears the same invoice number as the first, with an addition indicating AI usage charges. If AI usage falls below the subscription price, no second invoice is generated as all costs are covered by the initial subscription.

Q: Can I monitor my AI usage costs?

A: Yes, you can monitor your AI usage costs through the "Organization" menu, located in the upper-right corner of Recruit Harbor AI. As the subscribing user, you'll see both the month-to-date total for your organization and your personal total. If you are an invited user, you will only see your personal usage. It's important to note that as the subscribing user, you are responsible for the AI usage of all users invited under your organization. The total for your organization includes both your usage and that of the users you have invited.
